CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I PURCHASED?

Yes! Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the items. Email shopardentco@gmail.com for instructions. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable and a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return total. There are a few items that are final sale and cannot be returned - these include sale items, tote bags, accessories, and some of the “Worn Wear” and hand-dyed products. If an item is Final Sale it will be listed on the product page. Please review all size charts before ordering to ensure correct fit. If you receive the wrong item or size email ASAP and we will fix the issue.

Ardent ships worldwide. Shipping is a $7 flat rate fee on orders under $100. Free shipping is provided for orders over $100. Shipping charges are non refundable.

IS YOUR RETURN POLICY DIFFERENT THAN THE BUY BACK POLICY?

Yes, see the return policy above for unworn items. Worn or even new items outside of the 14 days are eligible for the Buy Back Program. These items will be dyed, up-cycled, or repurposed and you will use receive an account credit.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Wear any of our garments in your current lifestyle. No need to change before you eat dinner, pick up a messy toddler, or take your dog for a walk on the dusty trails.

STEP 2

Uh oh! Did you get a stain that you can’t wash out? Login to your account - select the garment and answer some questions. Then print out a shipping label, use your packaging that your items first arrived in, and drop in the mail. Your account will be credited $20 and can purchase the same item again or pick something new.

STEP 3

Wear white. Wear cream. Wear lilac. Wear rose. Wear tie dye. Wear whatever you want without worry. Buy another one of your favorite shirts. Or buy one of a kind tie dye pieces from our shop. Keep clothing out of the landfills and harmful chemicals out of your home.

WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED GARMENTS

Returned worn clothing will be evaluated assessed for wear and damage. The goal is to keep the clothing in circulation for as long as possible.

If clothing show minimal visible wear other than stains and spots the garment will be dyed with a selective earth-friendly, plant-based dye in an effort to mask the stain and add extra flare to the apparel. 

Dyed items will be resold on the website under “Worn Wear” - these items are one-of-a-kind pieces and the sales proceeds will be donated to a special charity organization. Check out the details on each item’s sales page. 

Occasionally, clothing will have too much wear to be dyed and reworn - these items will be responsibly repurposed or recycled to by respun for a brand new garment creating a closed loop process.
